The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Washington, D.C., this Saturday, May 7th, welcomed a large number of the American public from (9am-5pm) during the event of the Around the World Embassy Tour. The embassy staff and their families have been keen to introduce the Iraqi culture, and they wore the local costumes that were admired by the visitors, and they presented the local Iraqi foods they made themselves, such as kelejah, zarda, qeema and rice, lablabi, and balango, which won the approval of the visiting public. A number of artists from the Iraqi community, including Iraqi Kurdistan artists, displayed their paintings, which impressed the visitors. We invite everyone who asked about the date of the next event to follow the embassy's account on Twitter, and welcome to Iraq House.
