The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to Washington DC is holding a Mourning Ceremony on Friday September 8th , 2017, 5:00-7:00 pm to honor the martyrdom of the late Air Major Noor Falih Al-Khazali who has regrettably fallen at the sad event of the crash of his F-16 jet fighter at a training mission in the State of Arizona.
