His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi , in his office on Monday ,received the U.S. Congress delegation presided by the U.S. Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen , the Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the battle of Mosul, the victories achieved, IDP's return and the stability of liberated areas, as well as cooperation between the two countries in the fields of economy, trade, agriculture, investment and water.
The delegation affirmed the U.S pledges continued support to Iraq and united Iraq while Iraq is expected to achieve a great prosperity despite the challenges it faces.
