"The 4th Africa-Arab Summit closed its works yesterday in Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea, in which Iraq participated and contributed in drafting paragraphs of the summit's final resolution, especially, paragraphs that included supporting efforts of the Iraqi Government and its armed forces in the war against terrorism. However, Iraq has reservations over the Summit's resolution of condemning "the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA)", proposed by Saudi Arabia. Iraq was the only country to declare its reservations. Our reservations came in the framework of Iraq's firm position in holding sponsors of terror accountable and bringing them into justice, thus compensating those affected by terrorist acts."
