Iraq denies what has been circulated by some media outlets and social media about the use of its territories to attack Saudi oil facilities by drones, It affirms its constitutional commitment to preventing the use of its territories for aggression on its neighbors, brothers, friends and that the Iraqi government will deal firmly against anyone who tries to violate the Constitution. A committee was formed from the relevant Iraqi parties to follow up the information and developments.
Iraq calls on all parties to cease mutual attacks and to cause great loss of life and facilities. The Iraqi Government affirms that it is following these developments with great interest, it expresses its concern that escalation, military solutions complicate the humanitarian and political situation; it threatens our common security, regional and international security.
Iraq reiterates its call for a peaceful solution in Yemen, Protect the lives of civilians, and preserve the security of fraternal countries. It calls on the countries of the world, especially the countries of the region, to take its humanitarian, moral responsibility and undertake initiatives that put an end to this war, which only result in great human losses, destruction of infrastructure, and vitality.
