I extend my congratulations and greetings to the people of Iraq on the occasion of the inscription of Babylon on the World heritage list, another victory for the Iraq of civilization, which was and will remain a beacon of the whole World.
I bless the great efforts that have been made for the success of this file from the Ministry of Culture, Archaeologists, supporting bodies and the media, I also extend my thanks to those countries that have stood with Iraq and supported these efforts.
This occasion comes to add value to the status of Iraq among nations, a reminder that the land of Mesopotamia is already the backbone of human memory, the origin of the civilization emergence since man began codification. We hope that Babylon and all other archaeological sites will receive attention and care, Global research and exploration efforts, to complete human history record which began from Mesopotamia.
We are Asking Allah Almighty to perpetuate the blessing of security and stability on our people all together to keep Iraq a title for coexistence, cultural and intellectual diversity, a haven for stability and destination for tourists from all over the World.
