H.E. Prime Minister Dr.Haider Al-Abadi has received, in his office Today on Wednesday, U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Robert Karem and his accompanying delegation.
They have discussed bilateral collaboration between the two countries and the current regional development in U.S. commitment to Iraq in post-Daesh.
Mr. Karem has extended his condolence for the Riyadh district incident in Hawija, which was carried out by a terrorist gang of cells and sleeping pockets against a number of Popular Mobilization fighters.
U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Robert Karem has reassured U.S. commitment to supporting Iraq, commending the great development of the Iraqi Forces.
His Excellency Dr.Haider AL-Abadi has confirmed on the importance of stabilizing the region and moving towards the Reconstruction, indicating that Iraq has begun the stage of Building and Reconstruction after the great victories achieved over Daesh's Terrorist's gangs.
