Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein arrived in the Egyptian capital Cairo on 6/2/2021 to attend the emergency ministerial meeting of the Arab League, which was called by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Arab Republic of Egypt to discuss developments in the region, and how to deal with the new administration’s policy in Washington, as well as studying and addressing some issues related to the structure and functioning of the League of Arab States.

This meeting which will be held on February 8, 2021, is hoped to produce a unified Arab position on developments in the region.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Minister will meet with senior officials in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and discuss the latest developments of common interest in the Arab arena, with foreign ministers of the countries participating in the meeting.

Minister Fuad Hussein will hold a meeting with the Foreign Ministers of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, within the framework of the joint tripartite work to discuss the various files related to the projects agreed upon in the previous meetings, as well as to prepare the agenda for the tripartite summit meeting of the leaders of these countries be held during the coming period.
