His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi met, in Tehran today, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran Ali Khamenei
Mr. Khamenei said that Iraq's strong and victorious has the right to play a leading role in the region
Mr. Khamenei expressed his admiration in the courage and wisdom of Dr. Al-Abadi,
He congratulated the Prime Minister and the Iraqi people on the great victories achieved by the Iraqi forces,
He reaffirmed his support to the unity of Iraq, noting that the Iraqi victories became a beacon and a project for the advancement in the region.
For his part, Dr. Al-Abadi said that the victories and successes achieved by the unity and sacrifices of Iraqis.
The Prime Minister explained that the project of Iraq's vision for the future of the region, which calls for the path of mutual interests and development rather than wars and conflicts
