The Ministry stands with the fraternal Egyptian people and its Government in countering terrorism, targeting its security and the safety of its people. It also expresses condolences to the families of the victims, wishing a quick recovery for the wounded. The scourge of terrorism, which represents the most prominent threat to the whole world, requires further efforts in order to eradicate its financing sources, and its hatred and inflammatory platforms."

During the meeting, they reviewed the tasks entrusted to the International Team to support local efforts to hold accountable the terrorist organization ISIS.
