Ambassador Nazar Al Khirullah exchanged views with Mrs. Lee Satterfield on activating scientific and cultural ties under Strategic Framework Agreement SFA by broadening cooperation through activating scholarship programs and training for Iraqis in US universities.
The Ambassador underscored the Iraqi government’s vision in conducting harmonization between labor market and higher education as well as the importance of advancing cooperation and exchanging cultural expertise between both countries.
