Ambassador Nazar Al Khirullah received in his office on August 1 Mr. David Hammoud, President of the National US-Arab-Chamber of Commerce, and highlighted the importance of strengthening economic and trade relations between both countries as well as creating partnerships between Iraqi and American private sectors, as it is among the most important priorities of the government to diversify economy, support private sector and materialize cooperation to transfer American technology to Iraq, particularly in the fields of agriculture, irrigation, and treatment of salinity in groundwater.
