We proud to remember of the 79th anniversary of our mighty Iraqi army establishment, which, in all its formations and ranks, has written the most glorious national epic of the country and its people.
Today, we celebrate together this blessed and immortal occasion, which represents the Army Day and the Victory Day, and we extend our congratulations to our Iraqi people and their heroic army, which restored the country's prestige and preserved the land of its country. It offered dear sacrifices in the most difficult stage of our beloved country. It was a rightful fortress to protect national gains and preserve the prestige and sovereignty of the state
This event coincides with the victory achieved against Daesh's terrorist gangs and what our country did witness in the security and stability because of the blood provided by this generous army and the rest of the formations. We are in this occasion size the opportunity to emphasize to continuing to build a strong national army that defends its land and its citizens without exception and preserves the sovereignty and prestige of the state, which carries the slogan of security and freedom belongs to one unified Iraq and does not represent a party or a sect or a specific entity,
Our heroic army did prove to be above all affiliations and names and fought a fierce war to save its people and its citizens and liberate its land from terrorism.
In conclusion, I do thank our armed forces for all their formations for the progress it has done towards our people, our homeland, our country Iraq, we wish that every year and our brave Iraqi army is in good.
