US air strikes kill Isis leader Maher al-Bilawi in Iraqi city of FallujahUS air strikes killed a leader of the Islamic State in the Iraqi city of Fallujah as US and Iraqi government forces continue a sustained attack to defeat terrorist networks. Iraq says total oil output 4.7 million bpd; exports at recordIraq's total oil output has reached 4.7 million barrels per day (bpd) and exports are running at a record 3.9 million bpd, the state-run Iraqi Media Network reported, citing an oil official. The figures are for all of Iraq, including the northern Kurdistan region and Kirkuk, Deputy Oil Minister Fayadh al-Nema said, according to the website. Iraqi prime minister touts plan to retake Mosul, says ISIS is losing momentumClaiming a victory in Ramadi over ISIS, Iraqi security forces now plan to retake Mosul. Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi told CNN's Christiane Amanpour that Iraqi military and local police forces will work together to make it happen. That cooperation will make it "much, much easier," he said.
