Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani met with a delegation from General Dynamics, a major American manufacturer of weapons and military equipment, at his residence in Washington D.C. The meeting focused on cooperation with the company as part of the government`s efforts to rebuild Iraq`s military capabilities, specifically in providing tanks and armored vehicles.
Discussions also covered collaboration on establishing a major workshop for the maintenance and upgrading of tanks to suit the Iraqi terrain and climate conditions. Additionally, an agreement was reached to launch a series of initiatives with General Dynamics, as part of the government`s plans to develop and support the military institution with various types of modern weapons.
