The Ambassador expressed Iraq's firm commitment to ensuring that Iraqi banks are strengthened and abide by international standards, stressing the need to mitigate pressure on the Iraqi banking sector. This meeting highlights the importance of constructive cooperation between Iraq and the United States, not only in strengthening the banking sector but also in bolstering comprehensive economic reforms.
