His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi affirmed that we will impose the federal authority's rule by force of the constitution and the law In the Kurdistan region as it is all over Iraqi provinces.
In his speech during the session of the House of Representatives, Al-Abadi blesses the victories against gangs and called for the liberation of the Iraqi territories and return of IDPs , assured that we will not allow to anyone to stop us from liberating our lands.
He condemned all attempts to stir up sectarianism, nationalism and racism, as we were able to defeat terrorists by our unity, while terrorism empowered by dividing us.
His Excellency said that our primary goal is to serve the citizens and the unity of our country and we have surprised by the procedures of the referendum despite our warning to the leaders of the region of serious sequences of it.

He added that we will not deviate from the constitution, which has supreme authority over all authorities and our national duty to defend Iraq and its unity, therefore we will impose the federal authority in the Kurdistan region, and we will take this matter.
He added that all Iraqis are partners and no one has individual decision, we reject the referendum and its results.
He said the return to sectarian, racist, nationalist and Chauvinism are crimes against the citizens.
He pointed out that the International Community stance is supportive of us and continues to support Iraq's unity and sovereignty.

He explained that Kurdish citizens are Iraqis and will remain so, and will not take any step that harms the interests of our Kurdish citizens and their dignity and prosperity.
