His Excellency prime minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received a phone call from Vice President of the United States Mike Pence.
They discussed Mosul's battle operation , Triumphs achieved , International support to iraq in fighting terrorism and regional issues.
The Vice President of the United States Mike Pence affirmed that United States policy in the region never change , our priority is to defeat Daesh in iraq and the region, clarified the Iraqi support is going to be increased in fighting terrorism, Training and Arming Iraqi forces.
His Excellency prime minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi reaffirmed that the vital priority is to defeat Daesh , iraq is so close to achieve the final victory, which that confirmed iraq capability in overcoming challenges and defeating Daesh's terror gangs.
Concerning regional and Syrian issues ,His Excellency Prime minister assured that Iraq considered the use of the chemical weapons in Syria is a convicted crime and condemned , we stand with the Syrian people who are victims just like Iraqi were victims of ousted regime's chemical strikes . For that we call for urgent and precise international investigation and condemn any side made such an act.
His Excellency prime minister Dr.Haider Al-Abadi assured sit a extensive plan to solve the current escalation in Syria, furthermore unifying the efforts to eradicate Daesh's terrorism and other terrors organizations.
From his side,the Vice President of the United States Mike Pence affirmed that United States observing the situation in Syria, focusing on eradicating Daesh in Iraq and Iraq's stance very important for us .
