The position of Iraq is clear on the current crisis between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is calmness and prevention of war in our region.
This position is consistent with recent statements of US President Mr. Trump on the calmness in the region, and the lack of intention to launch any war.
Iraq considers the recent statements by President Trump an important, accurate and a step in the right direction to calm the situation in the region.
