The meeting discussed cooperation opportunities with Honeywell in the field of gas production development. President Barham Salih received H.E. Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian President and his accompanying delegation, at the Presidential Office in Baghdad on Monday, March 4, 2019.
An official welcoming ceremony was held. The national anthems of the two countries were played. The two Presidents inspected the Presidential Guards who lined up to salute them.
His Excellency expressed his great pleasure and welcomed the visit of the Palestinian President to Iraq, wishing him a fruitful and successful visit.

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani welcomed a delegation from Stellar Energy, led by CEO Mr. Peter Gibson, at the Prime Minister`s residence in Washington, D.C. this Tuesday. The meeting focused on cooperation mechanisms with Stellar Energy in the electricity sector and reviewed the progress of their ongoing projects in Iraq.
