University of Arkansas signs its third Iraqi school deal For the third time within the past 11 months, the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville has signed a cooperative agreement with an Iraqi university. In a formal agreement announced Thursday, UA and the University of Sulaimani will "work to create programs for exchanging academic, research and other educational materials," the announcement from UA states.
