Prime Minister Al-Abadi Receives Phone Call from U.S. Vice President Biden His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received a phone call on May 25, 2015 from United States Vice President Mr. Joe Biden. Prime Minister Al-Abadi and Vice President Biden discussed increasing support and training for Iraqi forces, intensifying air strikes, and expediting armament to the Iraqi forces.
