Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian President and his accompanying delegation, at the Presidential Office in Baghdad on Monday, March 4, 2019. An official welcoming ceremony was held. The national anthems of the two countries were played. The two Presidents inspected the Presidential Guards who lined up to salute them. 	The President Mourns with Victims of Anfal Genocide President Salih met today with dozens of family members who lost loved ones during the infamous Anfal genocide of the 1980s. 	President Arrives in Erbil President Salih arrived in Erbil this afternoon.
